1) General / Preamble These terms and conditions and the appendices hereto govern the relationship between JumpExpert® and its customers conclusively and apply to all offers made by JumpExpert® and all activities undertaken by the customer with JumpExpert®. Agreements that deviate from these GTC must be in writing in order to be valid. These conditions come into force immediately and replace the previous ones. 2. Course Places and Execution In order to be able to carry out the courses under optimal conditions, JumpExper®t specifies a minimum and a maximum number of participants for each learning offer. Course places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received (subject to timely payment). If the number of participants is insufficient, JumpExpert® reserves the right to cancel the course and refund the course fee. 3. Course organization For organizational reasons, JumpExpert® reserves the right to postpone or merge classes, or to change the location. If a course leader fails, JumpExpert® may change course leaders or appoint a substitute. 4. Course Exclusion The course leader reserves the right to exclude one or more course participants from a course for good reason. In the following cases the entire course fee is due, i.e. neither a proportional refund nor a waiver of the course fee will be made: Course exclusion due to non-payment of the course fee as well as in serious cases (defamation, harassment, intentional damage to property etc.). 5. Prices All prices are net in Swiss francs according to our current price lists. The valid price lists of JumpExpert® form an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions. Prices are subject to change at any time. 6. Terms of payment After you have registered for a course, you can pay by Paypal or credit card. If you attend a course once, the amount can also be paid in cash at the course location. The registration obliges the customer to pay the course fee. The non-payment of the course fee does not count as cancellation. Payment must be made within 14 days of registration or before the start of the course. Unauthorized deductions will be charged subsequently. 7. Delay in payment Payments may not be withheld or reduced due to complaints, claims, etc. of the customer. JumpExpert® reserves the right to charge default interest of 7% from the 1st day of default until the date of receipt of payment. In case of repetition, the customer will be required to pay the course fees in advance in future. 8. Course deregistration Deregistration from a course involves administrative effort. Depending upon departure time the course money can be completely or partly refunded or waived to the customer. The remission or refund is regulated as follows: individual courses (from 90min), workshops and seminars: Reimbursement of course fees up to 7 days before the start of the course. A processing fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged. The date of receipt of your cancellation is the date of receipt of your letter by us. Lessons not attended cannot be made up for and will not be refunded. 9. Liability and Insurance For all courses and events organized by JumpExpert® we exclude all liability for damages incurred. The course participants as well as the JumpExpert® trainers are therefore responsible for adequate insurance coverage. The use of JumpExpert® equipment, trampolines and accessories is at your own risk. JumpExpert® cannot be held liable for theft and loss of valuables. In the event of deliberate damage by the participant, the customer himself is liable. 10. Data protection By registering, you agree that JumpExpert® can use your data (personal data, booked courses, payment morale etc.) for further purposes (advertising, rejection of registrations due to poor payment morale etc.). 11. Video and audio recordings No video or audio recordings may be made without the express consent of JumpExpert® and/or the course participants in any premises of JumpExpert® or the JumpExpert® Trainer studios. 12. Program and price changes Program and price changes as well as changes in the General Terms and Conditions are reserved. 13. Place of performance and jurisdiction The individual contracts as well as the General Terms and Conditions are exclusively subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationships is the place of jurisdiction.
